- What is the weight capacity?
  The maximum recommended combined load is 264 lb (120 kg), including the rider and items packed inside the suitcase. For best performance and safety, do not exceed this limit.

- How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
  Charging time depends on the remaining battery level and power source. In normal use, a full charge typically takes a few hours.

- How far can I ride on one full charge?
   Under normal use, the battery can provide up to 7.5 miles (12 km) of riding range on a full charge. Actual range may vary based on rider weight, speed, surface conditions, and usage habits.
