UBNI Warranty Policy
UBNI warrants that its electric luggage products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to products purchased through the UBNI official website or authorized sellers and is valid only for the original purchaser.
This warranty does not cover:
- damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect
- damage caused by unauthorized repair, alteration, or modification
- normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and cosmetic changes
- damage caused during airline handling, third-party transportation, or improper storage
- consumable parts or accessories unless otherwise specified
To make a warranty claim, customers must contact ubni2618@gmail.com and provide proof of purchase, order details, and supporting photos or videos.
If the claim is verified and approved, UBNI will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or partial solution support, depending on the specific case.
UBNI reserves the right to inspect the product and verify the reported issue before approving any warranty claim.
